Our Beginning

Since our 2008 inception in Port Stanley, Ontario, the store’s mission has always been to offer the best quality products at the best possible prices. After 30 years in retail ladieswear under the “Ashton’s of London” banner, owner Susan Elgie recognized a void in the retail accessory market and opened Frankly Scarlett to provide gorgeous fashion accessories to compliment the vast array of beautiful clothing.
