Is all your store merchandise available for purchase online?
No, due to the large volumes of our one-of-a-kind styling, we offer only a select product offerings on-line.

Is is safe to order products from your website?
Yes it is very safe and secure to order off our site. We use industry standard encryption technology when receiving and transferring customer date exchanged with our server. Additionally we do not sell information to any third party.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Yes, a 13% Ontario sales tax (HST) will be applied to all purchases.

How do you ship out orders?
We ship using Canada Post and provide a tracking number. For London and area we use a local driver.

What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned for full refund within 14 days. Price tags must be on the item and proof of receipt provided. You can return it to either of our brick and mortar stores or if using a delivery service return to:

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship domestically and cannot process international orders.

Why are your prices lower than those of other on-line retailers?
We pride ourselves on offering the best merchandise at the best prices and any savings we gain in the negotiated buying process is passed along to our customer.

Do you make your own jewelry?
We handcraft an artistic selection of glass bead bracelets and necklaces but the majority of products are imported from high quality producers in Europe and the USA.

What is your jewelry made of?
Our jewelry is comprised of a blend of jeweler’s metals such as rhodium, brass and sterling. Every item we sell is hypo-allergenic, certified nickel, lead and cadmium free and all is of the highest quality.

How long have you been in business?
Our first location opened in 1985 and we’ve just celebrated our 35th anniversary. We pride ourselves on strong customer service, fabulous styling and reasonable prices.

How can I apply for employment?
Our staff turnover is quite low but occasionally part-time positions do present themselves. If you possess strong customer service skills and a love of fashion, please drop off your resume to one of our two store locations.
